Shine Salon opened in July of 2001 in downtown Decatur, Alabama. Owned by Bravo TV’s “Shear Genius” Alumni Glenn Mitchell. Shine Salon has always been on the front lines of fashion, education and editorial work and we love bringing these worlds to our guest.
